By using Poppair, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
Poppair is a campaign facilitation platform, not an advertising agency, talent agency, or employer. We do not employ creators, purchase content, guarantee campaign outcomes, or act as a payment processor (MVP). Our role is limited to matching venues and creators, providing workflow tools (apply, match, schedule, submit), and enforcing basic platform rules.
All creators must clearly disclose sponsored or incentivized content. Minimum: include #ad, #sponsored, or platform-equivalent disclosure that is visible and unambiguous. This applies to Instagram Reels/Stories, TikTok videos, and any public post submitted as a deliverable. Violations may result in content rejection, account suspension, or removal.
Creators retain full ownership of their content. Poppair does not resell, license, or reuse creator content. Venues may view content and reshare via native platform features (repost/share); they may not reuse content for paid ads, websites, or marketing assets unless explicitly agreed outside the platform.
All rewards are in-kind (food, services, experiences). No cash payments or payouts in MVP. Creators are solely responsible for declaring taxable benefits and understanding local/state tax obligations. Poppair does not provide tax advice.
Visit scheduling is required after matching. Venues may flag no-shows. Repeated no-shows may result in reduced CreatorScore, suspension, or removal. Disputes are handled manually by ops/admin. Poppair decisions are final for platform participation.
Poppair is not responsible for creator behavior off-platform, venue service quality or safety, SNS platform policy enforcement, or algorithmic reach. Users participate at their own discretion.
MVP is limited to the United States, with initial focus on Los Angeles and Orange County. Platform rules may evolve by jurisdiction.
